We only accept the exchange of the product once for a single product in exchange of a different size. We do not entertain multiple exchanges for a single product.

In the event of sale, products once sold are considered final purchases and they cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Exchange Process (only for clothing): The exchange process is a simple method, please bring it to companies notice within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can contact our customer support via WhatsApp or Email. Please have the below information ready before you call customer care or mention the same in the email; Order Number or Registered Email ID or Phone number. After the drop of the courier, there is a QC process followed through once your item has passed through QC, we will issue either a store credit or send the size exchange product whatever applies in your case.
Store credit is issued digitally and is always minus shipping charges on both ends. We do not do paid postage exchanges or credits.

PLEASE NOTE: store credit validity is only for 15 days further than that will not reissued or reinstated in any circumstance. Request you to please use within time period of validity. We will not be able to help in any circumstance of unused store credit.

• Pre-orders are shipped on the specific date mentioned. Pre-orders are pre-paid orders, we do not accept COD on Pre-order items.
• Most of our garments are made to order they are shipped within 7 working days of placing the order. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 4-5 business days of its ship date.
• Bag orders are shipped 24-48 working hours from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-3 business days of its ship date.
