We do not offer any returns or exchanges on accessories. We have a strict policy of no exchange, no return & no refund for accessories.
We have a strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND & NO EXCHANGE POLICY. However in some extreme cases we do offer size exchanges only. Please choose your size carefully. We do not offer paid postage exchanges. How To Exchange (For India Only):
To start an exchange, please contact us at teamlolasdelhi@gmail. with the email used to make the purchase and your order number.
If the exchange is accepted, we will give you the destination address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange cannot be accepted.
Once we have received the exchange item(s), we will dispatch the new size or style and ship it to you.

We currently do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on international orders.
Pre-orders are shipped on the specific date mentioned. Pre-orders are pre-paid orders, we do not accept COD on Pre-order items.
Most of our garments are made to order they are shipped within 7 working days of placing the order. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 4-5 business days of its ship date.
Bag/Jewellery orders are shipped 24-48 working hours from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-3 business days of its ship date.
We do not offer COD as a mode of payment.
