The Exchange Process (only for clothing): The exchange process is a simple method, please bring it to companies notice within 24 hours of receiving the product. After the drop of the courier, there is a QC process followed through once your item has passed through QC, we will issue either a store credit or send the size exchange product whatever applies in your case.
Store credit is issued digitally and is always minus shipping charges on both ends. We do not do paid postage exchanges or credits.
PLEASE NOTE: store credit validity is only for 15 days further than that will not reissued or reinstated in any circumstance. Request you to please use within time period of validity. We will not be able to help in any circumstance of unused store credit.
